Ai Studios is a dynamic summer camp dedicated to providing children ages 5-17 years old with well-rounded experience that combines creativity, learning, and physical activity. Our camp programs focus on four key areas: Art, Science, Engineering, and Outdoor Sports.
About the Job
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated counselors who are passional about working with children and can help to create a fun, engaging, and educational environment!
Qualifications:
Must be 17 years or older
Previous experience with working with children, preferably in a camp/educational setting
Strong skills in one or more of the camp’s focus areas: Art, Science, Engineering, Sports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations
CPR and First Aid certification (required)
Enthusiasm, creativity, passion for mentoring and inspiring young minds
Requirements:
Lead supervise a group of children in daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being as top priority
Encourage participation and enthusiasm among campers
Foster a positive and inclusive camp atmosphere
Collaborate with other counselors and camp staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
Provide guidance and support to campers, addressing any issues that arise with kindness and care
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Plan, organize, and facilitate activities in one or more of the following areas:
ART: Painting, drawing, sculpture, crafts, and other creative projects
SCIENCE: Hands-on experiments, nature exploration, educational games
ENGINEERING: Building projects, robotics, and problem-solving challenges
OUTDOOR SPORTS: Team sports, water slides, and outdoor adventure activities
